Which platforms can I track?
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Facebook, Snapchat and LinkedIn — any public account or individual post.
How often is data refreshed?
You choose the interval per tracked item — from hourly to every 48 hours. New posts from tracked accounts are detected every 15 minutes, then tracked at your chosen interval.
Can I track private accounts?
No. Tracking works on public data only — public accounts and public posts. Nothing is scraped behind a login.
What counts toward my limit?
Each tracked account and each tracked post counts once — on Essential that's 750 accounts and 750 posts. Removing an item frees its slot.
Is tracking included in the free plan?
No — tracking starts on Essential. The free plan still includes search, the Chrome extension and the free follower-check tool.
