Run gifting, UGC and paid collaborations from one workflow
Start from five ready-made templates or build your own: stages, fields and who acts next.
Five templates, from a gift to a sponsorship
Start with a gift. Scale into paid. Each template is a set of stages you can use as it is.
Build your own
Define each stage: who owns it, which fields are required and which steps can follow.
- Stage owner: brand, creator or agency
- Required fields, including file upload
- Allowed next steps, shown as a flow chart
One workspace per collaboration
Progress, fields, content submissions, the message thread and the pay action sit together, for you and the creator.
Pay by card via Stripe. You pay exactly the agreed amount; a 4% platform fee is deducted from the creator's payout. Payments are not held in escrow.
Campaigns, deliverables, opportunities
Attach a public opportunity to a deliverable and view collaborations as a kanban or a table.
Role-controlled stages
Brands and agencies can build their own workflows, and every stage assigns its actions to a role — brand, agency or creator. You decide exactly where you act and where the creator does.
Messaging and notifications
Each collaboration has its own thread, and both sides are notified when it is their turn.
Creators open the public page, sign in or up, and land in your workflow.
Use cases
Questions about workflows
Can I change a workflow later?
A workflow that is in use can only be renamed. To change its stages, create a new version.
Can agencies run client campaigns?
Yes. Brand, agency and creator act at their own stages, so an agency can run a client's campaign end to end.
How many campaigns are in each plan?
Free includes 3 campaigns and 9 deliverables. Essential includes 20 campaigns and 50 deliverables. Performance includes 40 campaigns and 160 deliverables.
Are contracts signed in the platform?
The contract stage holds the uploaded document and its approval. There is no built-in e-signature — you keep using the signing tool you already have.
