How we host, protect and process your data: encrypted in transit and at rest, socials connected via official OAuth, payments handled by Stripe, and a Chrome extension that drafts but never sends for you.
Hosting & encryption
Your data is hosted with established European cloud providers and encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access inside the team is limited to what is needed to run the service.
Social accounts via OAuth
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn connect through their official sign-in. We only request the scopes needed for analytics and tracking — you can disconnect anytime in the app and on the platform side.
A respectful extension
The Chrome extension drafts personalized messages inside the platform you already use. It does not read your DMs, scrape profiles or send anything — you review and send every message yourself.
Payments by Stripe
Card and payout data never touches our servers — Stripe and Stripe Connect handle payments end to end. A 4% platform fee is deducted from the creator's payout, stated plainly.
Public creator data
Search and tracking use publicly available profile and post data plus licensed data providers. We process it for analytics — no private messages, no private accounts.
Deletion & export
Delete your account from settings or by writing to us — your data goes with you. Exports of your lists and collaborations are available on request.
